Responsibilities
- •Prospect and qualify new commercial cleaning leads across Ottawa
- •Conduct facility walkthroughs and deliver tailored service proposals
- •Negotiate and close recurring service contracts with commercial clients
- •Maintain a healthy pipeline and report activity through our CRM
- •Collaborate with the operations team to onboard new accounts smoothly
Requirements
- •2+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in facilities, property management, or services
- •Proven track record of prospecting and closing new business
- •Valid Ontario G driver's license for site visits
- •Self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable working independently
- •Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
