Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify new commercial cleaning leads across Ottawa
  • Conduct facility walkthroughs and deliver tailored service proposals
  • Negotiate and close recurring service contracts with commercial clients
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline and report activity through our CRM
  • Collaborate with the operations team to onboard new accounts smoothly

Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in facilities, property management, or services
  • Proven track record of prospecting and closing new business
  • Valid Ontario G driver's license for site visits
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable working independently
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
