3. Account Access

Protected systems are restricted to authorized users approved by Clevara management.

4. Credential Responsibilities

Users are responsible for maintaining credential confidentiality and device security.

5. Workforce Conduct

Workforce members must provide accurate operational information and comply with scheduling and safety requirements.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate facility details and maintain safe operational environments.

7. Quotes & Estimates

Quotes are operational estimates and may change based on walkthroughs, facility conditions, and scope adjustments.

8. Uploaded Content

Users may not upload unlawful or malicious content.

9. System Availability

Temporary interruptions may occur during maintenance or infrastructure events.

10. Limitation of Liability

Clevara is not responsible for indirect damages, operational interruptions, or third-party infrastructure failures.

11. Compliance & Audit

Operational activities may be logged for compliance, analytics, and security purposes.

12. Suspension & Termination

Accounts may be suspended for misuse, fraud, or security violations.

13. Intellectual Property

All platform workflows, branding, and systems remain the property of Clevara Facility Services.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Ontario and Canadian law.
