Clevara Facility Services ("we", "our") collects operational data including commercial site plans, user identification, and field tracking exclusively for the execution of facility service contracts.
For procurement and legal safety, all interactions within the Clevara platform are immutably logged with timestamps and user identification. This includes document generation, schedule mutations, and service proof uploads.
Operational data is retained for the lifespan of the commercial contract plus an additional 7 years to comply with WSIB and regional tax regulations in Ontario, Canada.
