Supervisor (Evenings / Site Lead)

Lead evening crews across multiple facilities. You set the standard, keep the team on track, and make sure every site passes inspection before you leave.

Responsibilities
- •Supervise and support 4–12 cleaners across multiple evening sites
- •Conduct end-of-shift quality inspections and document results in the Clevara app
- •Coordinate crew placement and coverage for last-minute absences
- •Be the primary on-site contact for facility managers during evening hours
- •Escalate incidents, damages, or safety concerns to operations leadership
Requirements
- •Valid Ontario G driver's license with access to a reliable vehicle
- •1–2+ years experience in commercial cleaning, facilities, or a supervisory role
- •Strong organizational and people management skills
- •Comfortable using mobile apps and digital reporting tools
- •Available Monday to Friday, 5pm–11pm (occasional weekends during peak periods)
