Responsibilities
- •Manage onboarding paperwork and compliance records for new hires
- •Coordinate staff communications, announcements, and policy updates
- •Maintain employee records and assist with payroll data entry
- •Support the scheduling and dispatch team with administrative tasks
- •Draft internal documents, forms, and HR correspondence as needed
Requirements
- •Experience in HR, office administration, or a people-operations role
- •Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- •Excellent written communication skills in English (French is an asset)
- •Comfortable with Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and digital HR tools
- •Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential staff information
