Responsibilities

  • Manage onboarding paperwork and compliance records for new hires
  • Coordinate staff communications, announcements, and policy updates
  • Maintain employee records and assist with payroll data entry
  • Support the scheduling and dispatch team with administrative tasks
  • Draft internal documents, forms, and HR correspondence as needed

Requirements

  • Experience in HR, office administration, or a people-operations role
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written communication skills in English (French is an asset)
  • Comfortable with Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and digital HR tools
  • Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential staff information
